The only museum in Burgundy on this theme, the Musée du Facteur is an opportunity to discover the other side of the job everyone knows so well and to measure the changes it has undergone over the years.

Among French museums on this subject, the Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire museum, founded in 1994, is expanding steadily. Since January 2010, the museum has grown from 55 m² to 142 m², featuring uniforms, posters, letterboxes, a collection of miniature post office vehicles, old telephones, gadgets and philatelic souvenirs, an old post office counter from Cosne...all of which bring moments of local history, but also national history, back to life. There are also temporary exhibitions on various subjects.
