Port-Aubry farm is located near the town of Cosne. Taking advantage of the Crottin de Chavignol appellation, it decided to focus on making and selling the famous goat's cheese.
Keen to publicise its work and demonstrate the transparency of its production, Port-Aubry farm decided to open its doors to the public. Although the dairy itself is not accessible, the animals can be visited freely every day. School groups and associations can book guided tours of the farm, with tastings.
